The EatPlayGrow curriculum combines the latest science and research from the NIH with CMOM's creative educational approach to teach children ages 2-5 and their parents how to make healthy nutrition and physical activity choices.

This garden-themed nutrition education kit for staff introduces children to three fruits, and three vegetables. The kit includes seven booklets featuring fruits and vegetables with fun activities through the imaginary garden at Tasty Acres Farm! Use the kit to promote learning at home with fun parent/child activities and family-sized recipes that give tips for cooking with children.
